  My mother had gone into this location around 5-7 PM and was greeted with terrible customer service by about 3-5 crew members doing nothing but ignoring customers while others wait to order pizza. Not even a hello, how are you, nothing. Go ahead and go to this location if you want terrible service by miserable people.If you want dry pizza go in here as well, terrible management who doesnt care about who they hire. This location needs to do better

  This wasn’t pizza — it was literally bread and salt. No cheese, no meat, no toppings. Just dry dough with salt on it. Total junk. Paid for pizza and got absolute garbage instead. Never ordering from Domino’s Springville again. Complete waste of money.

  Ordered a pan pizza. Walked back in after realizing it doesn't look like a proper pan pizza and was informed it was indeed a pan pizza and sent on my way. Very unsatisfied. Ate a slice after I was sent away the second time.

  Waitedliterally two lobbies full of people to finally get my order after it was just sitting on the rack and I had to come up to the counter and ask is that my order just sitting there that I’ve been waiting for for two lobbies full of people and they say yes a bunch of teenage kids running a store that don’t know how to fulfill online orders in a respectful manner made me sit through two full lobbies of people. How irritating. Had to ask me for my name more than two times to not even start the order. About 20 people came and got their food before me and I’ve already placed my order Online and so did everyone else and I had to wait in line of 20 people people that Some came in without even ordering online came in order a pizza I got it made and then out the door before I can get mine. This is a joke I don’t want to eat this pizza anymore. No one to complain to either so here’s You’re one star review dominoes your Friday night teenage crew can just keep being oblivious

  I don’t like dry pizza. I ordered extra pizza sauce and extra cheese to insure the pizza wouldn’t be dry. They delivered in about 25 minutes. But all three pizzas had large swatches of dry spots with no toppings. We called and they were super happy to replace the pizzas. They were a little better but still had problems. It was nice of them to replace them. I will give them that. But when I bit into the area of my slice that had a bubble, the crust cracked like a cracker. Totally dry. Over half the pizza was bubbles. I don’t know how many times I have to be disappointed to learn my lesson. I don’t think we will ever order from here again.
