  Very lovely customer service! They’re always laughing at my jokes and making light jokes with each other. I love coming in to this location because of the atmosphere and happy employees. 10/10 love to see people enjoying their jobs

  Went in to grab a sandwich and asked for one of the sandwich’s to be made a specific way as there was a severe allergy. The woman, Marci “big boss”, who I asked if she has made the sandwich yet (to change her gloves) was very short and rude. She said I needed to make sure I ordered no mayo next time, because the mayo spatula touches “everything” I told her that is exactly how I ordered it. She proceeded to roll her eyes and then told me to order the number 16 next time because it’s cheaper. I just didn’t understand why the attitude had to be there the entire time, when the cashier placed the wrong order. (He seemed new and nervous) and the snotty woman did nothing to help. Marci, if you are a boss/manager or a “big boss”, do better. Lead by example, it carries over to others.

  This store did an awesome job rushing to make 25 box lunches for me after I had made the order for the wrong store. I just wanted to let them and all you know this store is great and were able to fix my mistake. Thank you!

  I’m always impressed with their quick service and delivery. Food is always so bomb here, even after Arby’s bought them out 😂😂 which is saying a lot. Prices have gone up for not much of a quality increase though.

  Does this look appetizing to you? Even if the lettuce is still edible, might be a good idea to use fresher stuff. Mushy brown lettuce doesn’t necessarily make me want to come back.
