So I just came to five guys in Spanish fork and I ordered two bacon cheeseburgers and a large fry. They burned the fries and they forgot bacon on both bacon cheeseburgers. I watched them put it together. I saw them forget it. I saw him wrap it up. I saw him sticking it in the bag. I opened it just to make sure I wasn’t mistaken sure enough no bacon. I went to the register. I told them about it since I paid cash. I asked for five dollars back. He said OK then he handed me two dollars. I said I asked for five dollars. I said if I went to a steak restaurant and they messed up my steak they would refund the whole meal. I’m only asking for five dollars. He said no “you’re asking me for a reward!” I said no, that’s not what I’m asking you for you just don’t get it. I’m not asking for the full refund on the Bacon cheeseburgers that you messed up. I asked him for his name. He said I’m not gonna give it. He also told me it was me that just didn’t get it. Poor customer service this isn’t how you treat people. I didn’t expect a reward. I expected you to do your job right, if you mess up the meal, technically you owe a refund for the whole meal not just the bacon 🥓. Edit: just so you don’t think I made up that you burnt the fries the first picture is the burgers missing bacon the second picture is the fries burnt and the third picture has that one golden fry which is how fries are supposed to look! I also showed the guy that wouldn't provide his name to me a wristband I was wearing after getting released from the VA ER in SLC, I stopped here for comfort food - I hadn't eaten since this morning. It was supposed to be something nice for me and my wife instead I got burned fries with a side of attitude and a worker blaming me for their mistakes. My receipt was order #53 and it says my server was "Steven A" My friend said I should’ve just left the food there and asked for a full refund. Edit: 3 out of 5 stars the General Manager reached out to me via Email and offered either a full refund or a remake of our original order. We chose the remake, and the food was great! I don't feel comfortable making this a 5 star review simply because I can't stomach the way that original worker treated me.

Im native American, you got a whole building full of white "boys"... you let someone cut line in front of me, when I was ready to order. I told the person at the front "that was disrespectful" for letting Someone cut in front of me, I respect offering a meal on the "house" but at that point... you ruined my long 12+ day of work trying to find something eat... so anybody of color don't go here, save the headache.
