When the drink machine in the lobby was out of a drink my daughter wanted, this same person filled it up for her with the machine by the drive through window, something they did for a different customer before us. Another customer came in after this, they acknowledged her and let her know they'd be with her in a moment. They were putting together a big order. This lady wasn't happy about it. When they were ready to take her order all she wanted to do was chew them out. The staff was extremely patient yet again. The whole incident ended with this lady walking out in a huff with her two children. The Wendy's staff was professional, and this particular customer was out of line.
