I asked about using the discount coupon, but in the end I was stupid enough not to check the payment. He didn't include the value of the discount coupon, which was "buy one footlong, get one free." I ended up paying for two. Finally, the sandwich was also bad, expensive and cold. Anyway, it was really bad.

He said there wasn't anything he could do. I then asked if I could get a drink to make up the difference. He said he didn't know. I then asked for his manager and he said his is the manager. Subway really dropped the ball with training this person. I hope he gets what he needs to excel at his job. I'm very disappointed Subway. The guy did give me a cookie at the very end, but I had to pry it out of him.
