  I took down my previous good review- unfortunately, this location has gone down hill. I frequently order my route 44 Diet Coke through the app for 1/2 off drinks when I am out running errands (we're talking at least once, sometimes twice a week). Today I decided to treat my whole family of 6 to drinks on our way out of town. Upon pickup there was a drink missing. It was my mistake, and I openly admitted to that. I politely asked if I could order the missed drink at the window, face to face, with the happy hour price instead of having to order through the app and waiting another 10 minutes. The manager said "Yeah, I can't do that, you'll have to order through the app." Needless to say, I left without my drink (yes, it was mine that didn't get added to the cart) and I will be taking my frequent business elsewhere.

  First off NO GLOVES I watched the lady make off our slushes and she had no gloves on. Second she did not mix the slushes and as she handed them to us we asked if she mixed them and if there was nerds (which we know there wasn’t any cuz we watched her make it) and she said “yes, if I can find something to mix it with right now”. And 3 she didn’t mix my strawberry limeade slushy, so as I was mixing it myself I noticed there were NO strawberries and it would hardly become pink like it supposed to be, and the strawberries are my favorite part. So overall the services sucked and it seemed gross, will not go back. Would no stars if I could.

  I never post reviews ever. But this morning I ordered TWO drinks, I placed the order 15 minutes ahead. I arrived at Sonic and proceeded to wait another 10 minutes after being checked in. The drinks were a Dr Pepper with lime and a Diet Coke with lime— THATS IT. Literally nothing else to it. As I waited, I had plenty of time to take in the fact that there were literally no other cars in the parking lot or in the drive thru the ENTIRE time I was here. I understand waiting a few minutes, but TEN, with a FIFTEEN minute heads up? Absolutely ridiculous.

  I waited 45min for my order and I never got it! I ordered at 3:40 and I went inside at 4:00 o’clock to make sure they didn’t forget about me and they said “ uhh I think we have your order we will bring it out in a min” they came out side at 4:20 saying that I needed to order again. At that point I just left! If you’re hungry for a burger just go to McDonald’s. Or else be prepared to wait an hour for your order! SO UNORGANIZED!
