They refused to serve me because all I had was $100 bill... That was all that I had. I could see there was change for it but they still refuse to serve me.

Over all I am unimpressed with the service and food, as an employee at a different McDonalds I do expect “the golden standard” and that just wasn’t it my fries were cold i asked cook to order for my nuggets (that is his asking for fresh) and they didn’t even know what that was so I got well don’t nuggets which are just over done. My chicken burger was gross because the lettuce was bad, and my cone was more of a kitty cone then an actual cone with it missing 50% of the icecream that Is ment to be there. I was not asked about the size I wanted my cup and i wasn’t asked if i wanted to donate to the charity. Over all the standard is not great and employees need to be trained better get it together every employee has to watch the video and be trained and clearly none has happened.

If you want to order something and get the wrong order every time without fail. Come to this location and order through the drive-through.
No matter the time, and no matter the staff, this location seems to constantly be under serving its customers. The final straw that pushed me to leave this review was the fact that when they gave me the wrong mobile order and I went to get it corrected, they required Me to give them my phone To take into the back doing God knows what to it because I can’t see them anymore. I know I’m not the only one out there who’s had similar experiences with this location. Consumer beware

We usually have a standard experience at this location, tonight was awful. We pulled in at 7:00 ordered by 7:05 and were told to park at a numbered spot. Other cars started coming and going all around us so I flagged down one of the delivery workers and asked about our order. He asked what we had ordered and left. Another 10 minutes went by with nothing so I flagged down another worker and asked the same thing. And again another 10 minutes went by. I then flagged down a third person and was able to get my order at 7:46. I asked for a refund but they said they would need to ask the manager and I would have to wait. At that point I just wanted to go. Do better SF McDonalds.

Literally no one speaks English in this place i asked for mild sauce 4 times and the lady kept trying to hand me mayonnaise and to top it off I ordered 4 mcmuffins 4 hash browns 2 large drinks for a coworker and me well we get them and not a single monopoly piece and when I asked where the monopoly pieces are they all scratched their head and looked at me like I was stupid because they couldn't understand what I was saying. I would of rather went to Wendy's if they were out of pieces thats literally the only reason I went place is mismanaged like crazy
