Unfortunately, this is the third time I’ve placed an order that was not made correctly. This time, my order was missing the sauces I selected, and my steak taco did not include the grilled onions and jalapeños I specifically ordered. While mistakes happen, consistency and attention to detail matter, especially with online orders. It’s particularly frustrating when I drive 25 minutes to pick up food for my family, only to get home and realize the order is incomplete and not what was ordered. At that point, there’s no easy fix. I’ve genuinely enjoyed your food in the past, but after this happening more than once, I think it’s enough for me to not return.

We had to dig for the small amount of lettuce hidden on the bottom. They did not even come with the cilantro ranch dressing. Our burrito orders labels were mixed up. The pork burrito was not tasty. The churros we ordered with chocolate sauce came with carmel sauce instead.
