I could not have been more disappointed with this location if I tried hard. I ordered 11/12/25 on the app, about 1.5 hours (10am -10:15) in advance for a delivery order of 3 pizzas for 11:30am. Nothing special, just 3 simple pizzas. I was ordering the food to be delivered as a charity to some healthcare workers who I had told the day before to expect lunch at 11:30am. I used the app, which has my name, my PHONE NUMBER, my email and other information, and that is there for Dominos to see. In fact, one of the reasons the app says it wants your contact information is to be able to reach you if there is a problem with your order or delivery. Well noon rolls around and thankfully one of the caretakers had the courage to call me and ask if I was still providing lunch for them. WHAT THE....... I call Dominos and the store manager proceeds to tell me how they have other customers every Wednesday and they don't even start to deliver pizzas until THE EARLIEST, 12:30pm. Of course I ask, "Aren't you open at 10?" Yes they are, but they just don't do any call in or app delivery orders until 12:30. And you can guess that I asked why I wasn't contacted, why the app let me order, why don't they post different hours for delivery, etc...... And of course I pointed out the complete stupidity of the process and that I'd prefer if the pizzas were delivered much more timely. I was assured they would be sent our for deliver right then. At Noon. At 12:30, still no pizzas, I call back, the same lame answers from the store manager and an assurance that the pizza had definately been sent out. Well, I had to explain again, that Spanish Fork just wasn't that big for it to take over a half hour to deliver. I was pissed, for sure. I didn't yell, scream, or holler, but I was serious, disappionted, amazed at the stupidity of it all, and made sure then knew it while wondering what part of their silly process had my pizzas delivered at 11:30. I was hung up on. I called back maybe 8 or 10 minutes later and told the driver had just returned ffrom the delivery at the reception doors at the facility where I wanted them. Then I was hung up on again. Store manager every call. Look, maybe it was bothersome to him, but I was expecting a pizza to be delivered and I'd paid him money to do it and he hadn't. I had people waiting for it. I had every reason to call 3 - 4 times. I waited a couple hours more and I was just steaming still and rolling this around in my mind, I kept thinking.... I paid this dude to deliver at 11:30 and he did nothing but tell me MY ORDER DIDN'T MATTER TO HIM AT ALL UNTIL AT LEAST 12:30. That's exactly what happened and exactly what he said. It was exactly NOT what I paid for, I'm calling back and they need to refund some of it. I call back and say, "Can I speak with the store manager please?" It was him answered the phone and he asked "Is this Mike?" I affirm, and he blurts out "I've refunded all your money!" Click. 6 days later, I'm still pissed off about it.

I ordered a speciality pizza with out onions due to having an allergy to onions. Luckily my husband saw the onions or I would have spent the night in the hospital due to this store’s mistake. I am currently on the phone trying to get them to make it right and they are refusing to answer the phone.

Came in to pick up my order last Tuesday. I paid in cash, $50 bucks was supposed to have $20 in change. The cashier purposely counted back by change and only gave back $19 and kept the other dollar in his hand and told me to have a great day.. Tips are not required. I did not tell him to keep the dollar.. I see that as incredibly rude and is technically stealing. I get pizza from this location almost every week but I probably will order my pizza from somewhere else next time. I work in the tip industry, if you would have given me the whole amount back, I actually would have given more than a dollar. By keeping $1 dollar, you cost yourself $5. Have a great day.
