Our family butcher shop, Main Street Quality Meats, is U.S.D.A, F.S.I.S., and S.Q.F. (Safe Quality Food) certified. Our products are all natural, antibiotic free, and humanely raised. We take freshly sourced meat, cut it into portions, vacuum seal every piece separately and then flash-freeze it. Your meat is packed with dry ice in an insulated freezer bag and the box is delivered right to your door. We have an unparalleled dedication to quality meats and customer service.
