The staff at this location is by far the best staff at any McDonald's I've been to. They are always friendly and provide great service. The food is always fresh (as fresh as a McDonald's can be). If I'm getting something from McDonald's, I'll usually go out of my way to go to this location because the staff does such a great job.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience today. I ordered 35 waters and waited over 20 minutes without receiving a single one. During that time, there was no communication or update whatsoever. I eventually went up to the front to ask for assistance, and despite standing there, no one acknowledged me or came to help.
What makes this situation even more frustrating is that this is not a one-time issue. This same lack of urgency, communication, and basic customer service seems to happen every time I come here. I plan my time around these orders, and repeatedly being ignored is unacceptable.
Waiting that long for a simple order, especially without any acknowledgment, shows a serious breakdown in service. I expect much better, and I hope management takes this feedback seriously because this experience was a complete waste of time.

It's McDonald's so it's not fine dining but I always get everything I order which I can't say about any other fast food place around.

I’m so tired of not getting all the food I’ve paid for. Especially when I order through the app, so I know they have my order right. By the time I get home and realize their mistake it’s not worth it for me to drive back.
