I LOVE coming to this location! Quick service and fresh food! Especially the fries!! So fresh it almost burns your mouth if your not careful! My husband and I always make sure to go to this location if we’re in the area! It can’t be beat! We always do a mobile pickup and go thru the drive thru and never have any problems! If you’re in need of a quick easy comfort cheeseburger and fries or some nuggets, this location will make anyone happy!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience today. I ordered 35 waters and waited over 20 minutes without receiving a single one. During that time, there was no communication or update whatsoever. I eventually went up to the front to ask for assistance, and despite standing there, no one acknowledged me or came to help.
What makes this situation even more frustrating is that this is not a one-time issue. This same lack of urgency, communication, and basic customer service seems to happen every time I come here. I plan my time around these orders, and repeatedly being ignored is unacceptable.
Waiting that long for a simple order, especially without any acknowledgment, shows a serious breakdown in service. I expect much better, and I hope management takes this feedback seriously because this experience was a complete waste of time.
