They didn't even ask what size sandwich we wanted and ended up charging us 50 bucks. Also, their sign is very messed up. You shouldn't advertise about doing a better job if you're that desperate. Be nicer to your customers and learn to ask about sandwich sizes, not about doing a better job. And actially hire decent people that are nice and show better custermor service aslo nonoe of the emplyees were wearing beard or harnets not okay wont be coming back.

They have some good sandwiches, the rolls and bread are some of the best out of the chain sandwich shops. They almost always get my order wrong though. I DoorDashed an order a couple weeks ago and it was completely wrong.

Honestly, Jimmy John’s has been a huge disappointment. They almost never get my order right — and we’re talking about a pretty basic sandwich. It shouldn’t be that hard, yet somehow it always is.
Upper management is just as bad. They don’t take customer requests seriously, and it’s clear they don’t expect their employees to, either. If you have any kind of special request, don’t bother — it won’t be handled.

Took almost exactly an hour from the time that I ordered to the time that I received my food. Not only did they take longer than every pizza delivery, my order was missing items.
