So I have no idea what would've make it take that long for such a small item. Sorry to sound entitled, but I think refunding the whole $3.45 or a free drink or something would've been reasonable. Would've been nice to at least get something more than the usual "sorry about that". Additionally, it would be nice if there was a cancel order button in the app, and if there was an actual wait time rather than saying 0-1 minutes even though its still being "prepped". I know I'm being a Karen about this, but that's insanely ridiculous.
