  I always wanted to live close to a Wendy's. They used to have the freshest food with HOT patties and cheese and COLD crisp produce. Not this one. The beef is always shriveled and dry and cool. Sometimes they try to sneak one past by giving lots of little patties instead the one from the Dave's single/double/triple. Can you guys either please get it together, or close so someone else can use the building to make good food?

  We ordered a sour cream and chive potato with butter spread, did not get the sour cream on the potato, and also did not get the butter spread. The lady at the window also did not confirm our order just took the debit card and gave it back without saying a word.

  I go to this location often and the man who looked like a manger of shorts was so incredibly rude. He tossed the bag at my husband through the window and slams the window shut didn’t ask if we needed any sauces so we we wait a couple seconds he comes back my husband asked for Sriracha And the man said I don’t have that didn’t even tell us the hot sause that they do have and he tosses my husband one sause packet for two large orders. He had no customers service I have works customers service for years over ten years and the lack of customer service this corporation should be ashamed oh and my bacon was raw my husbands chicken sandwich was hard a brick also only gave us one napkin for two large meals

  Ordered two large chilis. I would say it was chili broth soup with a couple beans. What has happened to Wendy’s. Was the same last time but tried it again thinking it was just a rare thing. Nope.

  Sorry. I just had to come in and edit this original five star. Whoever was working the drive-thru was horribly rude and unfriendly. He clearly hates his job and people. And to add insult to the way I was treated, the Oreo brownie Frosty fusion was a frosty that he put Oreos on top of it and squirted some chocolate in it. Like, you can be miserable,, but isn't necessary to make everybody else miserable around you. If I get sick tonight from this food I know why. 1,000% will never go back to this.
