  This place is awesome. First of all Taco Bell is simply delicious and cheap, best value of any restaurant. Loved everything I got. The Luxe Value menu is great. The customer service at this location was awesome. We came in just 5 minutes before they were closing and they were still super nice to us and attentive even though we ended up ordering slightly after closing time because my app was having some problems. They left out the sauce on my nuggets which only came with one sauce and I didn't notice that we're supposed to get our own forks. When I went back inside to get those items they were super nice and got me everything quickly and offered me 4 sauces instead just the one to make up for it.

  i go in the mornings and it’s usually the same girl she is insanely sweet and always keeps a good conversation going and genuinely makes my day better

  This location is always on point, but this review is specifically for Annie. AI is great and all, but Annie jumped in on our drive-thru order and absolutely crushed it. She nailed everything like she was sitting in the car with us taking the order herself. She’s got that rare ability to actually understand what you want and even recommend something better. Had me saying, “yep, that’s perfect” without a second thought. Unheard of in my experience in the fast food world. Give this girl a raise. My increased Taco Bell runs alone should cover it

  The AI order box could not completely help me because I had a dietary question I asked to speak to a team member ...The guy comes on and literally says 'WHAT!?!?' in the most condescending tone I've ever heard... The entire conversation was filled with deep-seeded loathing. Customer service has gone completely out the window. I understand not wanting to work minimum wage but maybe don't apply to Taco Bell if you're going to be that disgruntled... I had zero confidence that my order would be correct, complete, or not spit in, just because I had to ask a question...

  i #lovetacobell the lady at the window was literally so sweet, the ai voice thing taking my order was being super wonky so at the window she gave us a free baja blast🥹 yay
