- SGSarah GourdieAug 11, 20211.0Manager Kaylee accused us of lying when we just wanted the food we ordered that was forgotten by the driver. We Ordered 6 items. After 90 minutes, 4 items showed up. We called to ask where our other food was. They said they would remake it and their driver would bring it right away. After an hour of nothing, we called and Kaylee the “manager” was very rude right away. She stated that her driver not only delivered the new food, but that the driver stated they spoke to us, which is completely untrue, and we have our Ring camera to prove nobody showed up. She said she didn’t know why we would lie about it. We offered the ring footage and of course she said to talk to the other manager because she couldn’t give us a refund. So now not only do we not have our food, we’ve just been called liars about it. Do not order from this location unless you don’t care about getting your whole order and want to be accused of lying. Kaylee was extremely rude.
