  I usually have good experience here but today was the worst,the manger "Rosan" did not know what she was doing and could not understand me.and I filled out a survey and did not get my buy one get one and they almost did not give me my food that I spent points on.

  To say the least I’m so extremely disappointed. This McDonalds has been one of worst experiences out of any other McDonald’s I’ve been to. Not only did it take 30 minutes to bring out three McChicken‘s Staff was extremely rude for no reason. Also, last time I checked, it doesn’t take 25 minutes to bring out a drink cup. The food was extremely overcooked and it felt like I was eating a brick. This McDonald’s is a disgrace to the McDonald’s franchise. Would highly recommend finding a different McDonald’s to go to. Complete total waste of money.

  ​Absolutely bizarre experience at Store #14285 on 03/19. After being told to pull forward and wait, an employee brought out my $21 order but forgot the milkshake. When she came back I told her the fries were already cold, she just said 'ok,' walked straight to her personal car, and drove away. She literally clocked out and left me stranded with cold food. Hands down the most unprofessional service I’ve ever seen.

  Good McDonald's location. Nice staff. It's clean. They still offer free refills, and they have a play area for the kids. I hope this location doesn't change like so many other McDonald's locations.
