  This is the slowest McDonald’s in Utah. They take 15 min to give you one meal and it’s usually cold. Drive thru takes forever

  Waited at the counter for half an hour nobody cane up, was looked at by people in the back and ignored. Then when finally helped didn't receive my food for another 45 mins. Worst service I've ever experienced.

  I seem to never have luck with this place. I've had countless interactions that have kept me at this restaurant for more than an hour. I now fill the need to post this review. The food is good.Don't get me wrong. The issue here is not getting our order right ever. We continuously have to come back through the drive through or go inside and wait to talk to somebody and then wait again to have our order corrected. On top of that, they do not offer any sort of additional compensation for your time and inconvenience. Not to mention that when they correct your order.There are still mistakes in the correction. So fair warning, if you have an hour or longer to be at this establishment, go for it. If not stay away.

  This is another McDonald’s where you can’t speak to anyone and it requires you to use their garbage app. Even then, they get the order wrong and provide cold food. It’s my own fault I guess. A grown person should never eat at McDonald’s. This restaurant epitomizes why the chain is considered a punchline. Eat at a gas station first. I’d rather have an egg salad sandwich from a vending machine at a truck stop than to eat here again.

  Feedback for our to-go order. Positive: We actually received the number of items that we ordered. Negative: Our order included 2 SAUSAGE, EGG, AND CHEESE McGriddles. However, we received one with no egg, no cheese. We received the other with no cheese. It's bad enough that I have to take nearly everything out of the bag to verify that our order has the number of items ordered. But apparently, now we have to unwrap all sandwiches in order to verify that everything is on said sandwiches, then re-wrap and bag everything before leaving with our order?!
