Hit Bangerter, opened it up, and found a grease soaked, slightly soggy, cold hashbrown with a funky taste - likely a taste hidden when it is piping hot - similar to freezer burn and old oil. Tossed it back into the bag - inedible - and grabbed my sausage mcgriddle. The wrapping was hot so my hopes were high! Bit into it and found it to be a little cooler than room temperature... tossed it back into the bag and tossed it all into the trash when I got to work. Spent 2 more bucks to get a protein drink. I do not want the food hitting my windshield as I pull to the window. While I appreciate efficiency, I would ADORE hot food, crisp browns and fries for the price I pay for "fast" food...
- APA PNov 14, 20251.0Employees need to have destructive and disrespectful kids and teens (who are unsupervised) removed from the play place area. Several families left due to staff refusing to address teens in the play place (skating boarding down the slides, pushing little kids around, purposely making a mess on the tables and floors, hitting the windows). I had to ask them to leave. They taunted me as they left the play place area then stood outside of the windows to continue doing so. Customers have young children and should not have to worry about their safety. Very disappointing!

They never checked to make sure that the order is complete in the bag before they hand it off To you in the drive-through. It always happens on the night shift
