    Great service always ready quick and the play place is amazing. I'm way too old for it and I still love it

    Employees are extremely rude and unprofessional. They failed to bring out 4 cups with our tray. When we went to the counter to ask for cups, employees ignored us. We finally had to loudly ask for someone's attention and received an attitude in response. We ordered ice cream later on and the employees yelled for us to come get it at the counter. Poor customer service. On a positive note, the food was fresh and the play place area was clean.

    Oct 17 at 11:00 pm. Got two CHEESEburgers. Where’s the CHEESE? Only found out when I got home to open the bag. Last time I trust an employee to get my order right at this location.

    I was assigned a door dash order at 12:04 and showed at at 12:08. They are closing one hour early and refusing to take service. Online it says you are still open until 1 am. This location is my least favorite to pick up door dash from.
