We frequent this McDonalds often. Our last 2 orders (in the past 2 days) have been missing items we were charged for. We didn't notice each time until we were home. It's getting ridiculous. I called, they said come back and they'll give you the item. There needs to be changes made and have someone in-charge of quality control.

Gave me three different sauces after I asked for ranch because they didn’t understand English and the manager did nothing to help and just stood and watched

One of my kids’ favorite places. I especially appreciate the electronic ordering screens where you can pay and then the staff brings the food right to your table. The bathrooms are always clean. It’s not usually too crowded. The food is always out fast and it’s as good as it’s supposed to be.

Comida express rica, pero el servicio deja mucho que desear, pasamos por el drive thru, desde ahí el chavo que atendía, lo hacía de modo algo grosero (no quiero pensar que sea por racismo, pero me dió a pensar bastante que si era eso, ya que escuchaba que entre nosotros hablábamos español) en fin, nosotros seguimos en lo nuestro y al llegar a la ventanilla de nuestro pedido, seguía en un modo un tanto mal educado, incluso agradecimos y nisiquiera contestaba, al salir nos dimos cuenta que no nos dió catsup ni servilletas, por lo que tuvimos que estacionar, entro mi esposo al lugar y solo le dieron un mini bote con catsup jajaja, dice que también adentro tenían una actitud con poca atención al cliente.

I normally come here often and never have issues, but today was really disappointing. I waited over 15 minutes for my food, and when I finally got home, my boyfriend couldn’t even eat his sandwich because the bread was stale. I don’t mind paying for food, but I expect it to be fresh especially after such a long wait.
What made it worse was that the teens working were just goofing off and taking their time instead of focusing on orders. There used to be an older lady and an older gentleman who worked here who always made sure customers were taken care of and the food was good. Today was the complete opposite.
I’m extremely unhappy with this visit and hope management takes this seriously so the quality can go back to what it used to be.
