    manager doesn't speak english. doesn't smile or at the very least acknowledge patrons waiting patiently to ask a question. what is america coming to?

    Nice friendly staff to help you out. I ordered in the app. Picked up and fed the family. Love the Steak Bagel Sandwich and the Big Breakfast. Super busy, yet the staff members were efficient.

    Would give 0 stars if possible, My coworkers and I stopped by for a quick bite and ordered simple items — two cheeseburgers with extra onion and a McDouble with extra onion. When we got our food, there were no onions at all. We went back and politely explained it to the manager, who said they’d remake the burgers. We checked again — still zero onions. When we came back around a second time, the manager acted completely oblivious and offered no accountability or real fix. It’s not about the onions at this point — it’s about attention to detail and basic customer service. Really disappointing experience for such an easy request. No name tags, no gloves, no onions. Third time is a charm ig.

    Wish I could give 0 stars. Waited 30 minutes for my order and I was the only one in the drive thru. I had to park and wait be fore I went in and reminded them that I have been waiting for my order. In about 5 seconds they handed me my order. So did they forget? This is the worst McDonalds I have ever been to.

    Took probably half an hour to get through the drive thru line. I've seen other locations handle this traffic in 5 minutes, so it's definitely a problem with this spot specifically. I'd recommend the Herriman location instead, not too much farther away. The food was right but it had cooled off by the time we got to it. Not coming back here!
