- JFJett FeatherstonOct 31, 20253.0I was a bit annoyed when I got to the total of my two burritos. They asked if I wanted queso and guacamole, never telling me it was an upgrade. I was shocked at my total and when asking why it was so much she said it was because of my add ons in which I replied that oh I didn’t know that was extra. She then said that there are signs that say it’s extra. The whole things felt very buggy and I should be told that it’s extra for different toppings. I hope to see some additional customer service training because I really enjoy chipotle. This is only my 3rd time visiting and will definitely keep in mind the add ons, because the workers won’t tell you. I never get on and complain, this just seemed like a problem that can be solved. Nevertheless my burrito was delicious and I’ll be back but probably not to this location.
