  Great food! They have a large selection of flavors of wings, all are very good. I particularly like the mango habanero and the classic buffalo. The atmosphere is a little too sports-barish for me, but I do get that that's the point, and the service always takes a while to get to your table.

  Came here twice both in the evening time. It never seemed very busy when I came however, I found myself waiting for ten minutes each time to be addressed/seated but never once been acknowledged. Both times I ended up walking out with no food, or help. BWW, you all need to do better. Also supervise your employees, and at least acknowledge your guest’s existence.

  Overall, my experience was truly second to none. From the moment I was seated, the level of service and quality exceeded expectations. Rachel, my waitress, was exceptional—attentive, professional, and incredibly efficient. My drink was never empty, and she delivered each course promptly without ever feeling rushed or intrusive. The food arrived hot, fresh, and tasted as though it had just come straight off the grill. I ordered the Bacon Hatch Chile Burger with fries, along with the boneless wings tossed in Golden Fire Sauce and Brown Sugar Heat. Both sauces were outstanding, offering bold, well-balanced flavors that complemented the wings perfectly. The atmosphere was equally impressive—welcoming, energetic, and comfortable, creating an overall dining experience that stood out from the rest. Rachel struck the perfect balance of attentiveness without being overbearing; she seemed to anticipate my needs before I even had to ask. Because of the exceptional service, high-quality food, and outstanding atmosphere, I will absolutely be returning to this location. This visit set the standard for what great dining and customer service should be.

  Took my family tonight and service was the worst. Six people at our table, food came out at various intervals. One of my daughter's had to take her order to go as it took over an hour to get. Ordering drinks they advertise to find out they don't have the bitters to make. I order a bottle beer instead, it took 40mins to arrive and was wrong beer. Worst service ever, we won't be returning as it's apparent the managers don't care as they're never present on the floor, at least tonight they weren't, checking to make sure their customers are satisfied. *The wings were average, but too expensive today.

  Please read this if you haven’t been to this location. As soon as we walked in, burnt oil, Smokey air, and some putrid smell. The service was decent, but the food was awful unfortunately. I normally like bdubs especially the Riverdale location, but the food at this location was very dry and the fries were cold and tough. I couldn’t enjoy the food at all. The Smokey atmosphere also made me queasy along side the loud overstimulating music, so I don’t recommend going here if you are sensitive the loud sounds and or have asthma. I hope the restaurant manager can improve the quality of service, cleanliness, and food so we can actually attend this location in the future.
