  Horrible customer service, took 40 min past my pick up time to get, wings were very dry and very little seasoning, the skimped on EVERYTHING! If you want good service and actual good wings go to the Sandy location!!

  We came in for dinner since we have always enjoyed the food. The hostess told us that we had a 20-25 minute wait. I asked why so long of a wait when there are 14 empty and clean tables. Her reply was because the servers and kitchen were unable to keep up. That's sad that they would only fill half of the dining area. I'd take my business somewhere that will accommodate their patrons.

  This place sucks!!! Ordered boneless wings to go, and they were so overwhelming cooked, the dog wouldn't eat it (dried dog jerky is better..) Should've known and checked them before we left, but its GD America, and you just assue employees have pride as we did years ago!!!!. If it was a family owned place, they wouldn't have lasted near as long as they have!!! Never really had a good meal here... Just keep trying, hoping for 1!!

  Group of girls were standing on the other side of the room, while me and six other groups of people were waiting to be seated, they saw us and look the other way and it wasn’t until another guy in the line called them over to ask if they can seat us. When finally having a seat, we order our food and a whole hour passes before we get our food. They forgot multiple things from our order and didn’t have it out until another hour.

  We ordered to-go tonight, and were quite disappointed. Not only were the wings and fries extremely dry, but the wings had nearly no sauce which only added to their dryness. It's almost as if the chicken wings and fries sat for a couple hours under heat, it was that tough and dry. Not even sure more sauce would have helped much. Speaking of sauce, this has happened more than once at this location where the wings are extremely lackluster when it comes to sauce. To be prepared, we ordered a $5.49 bottle of Sweet BBQ to add to the wings ourselves. And guess what?? They didn't even give us the bottle of BBQ sauce we payed for!! Hope you enjoy your $5.49 we gave you for free! :) And you want TIPS on top of the expensive food prices, and not even trying to make sure food quality is good, let alone making sure the customer has all the items they payed for. Here's your tip: Start caring about your job and your customers before the customers decide to spend their money elsewhere. I'm giving you a 2 star review only because I'm being generous, and hopeful that you fix your business before you lose too many customers.
