Stood at the counter for well over 5 minutes- ignored the entire time except for a dismissive “one moment” from an employee who promptly turned her back on me. There was one family eating their food and 2 cars in the drive thru. I give patience and grace where necessary and it was not today. I walked right out because I’m not spending my money on employees who treat me as an inconvenience

I don’t think I have to take a picture for this. I wanted to try the steak bites, so we went through the drive-thru. Alexis was so unfriendly from the beginning, like she was put out that we were even there. No “Welcome to Arby’s,” just “Order when you’re ready.” Had to repeat everything twice and tell her three times what sauces we wanted. At the window she just acted mad and interrupted when I was telling her again which sauces we wanted. No “Thank you for coming” or “Have a good night.” Food and service is not worth it. My true opinion: they can go out of business if they keep treating their customers like that. We won’t go back to that location for sure.
By the way the stake bits are $1.11 per piece with. NOT WORTH IT!

Sarah is amazing shes very professional manager. I love this arbys they provide best service & food is always fresh. She keeps this store clean we come alot & always had great experiences especially when Sarah is working her smile and kindness keeps us coming ❤️

Just tried to go this Arby’s they were out of chicken was going to order their new dip sandwich but they didn’t have any of the ingredients. Should change there catch frase to we don’t have the meats

The food was okay but the dining room was a mess. Hard to find a clean table even though we were the only ones there to dine in. The entire time not one of the staff came into the dining area so they couldn’t see we were tripping over a booster seat just to get our drinks…
