- EHErika HendersonApr 12, 20262.0Ordered for pickup during a non busy time, 30 minutes ahead of time as that was the ASAP option provided on the app. It was a small order for two people, had to wait ten more minutes when I got there for the food to be ready. Waitress was kind and apologetic and gave me the drinks while I waited but it was flat. As soon as I got the food, I opened it up in the car to sneak some bites in before going home and everything was cold (wings, fries, and tots). Because it was pickup, I went inside and it wasn’t even at 1/3 capacity so I don’t know why it took so long and why the food was cold and my drinks were flat. After microwaving everything when I got home, the flavors were still great, but everything else was just straight up disappointing.

We were told the wait would be 10–15 minutes, but it took over 20 minutes to get seated—even though the restaurant was nearly empty for a Friday night. While waiting, we also witnessed the manager being rude to another customer and clearly on a power trip, which set the tone for the rest of the visit. Things didn’t improve once we ordered. We ordered four different types of wings, and only one of them came out correct. When the food did arrive, the wings were cold and the mac and cheese was cold as well. I ordered the new boozy iced coffee drink and it came to the table with the whipped cream melted and so packed full of ice, I couldn’t put a straw in to drink. We’ve come here a couple times in the past, but unfortunately each visit seems to get worse and worse. After this experience, we won’t be coming back.
