  I was told to pull to the front of the store for our food, so we did. The lady who brought out our food seemed annoyed we were on the other side of the building and said with a serious face that she almost gave our food away. Sorry we provided an inconvenient customer experience 🧐

  I’d give 0 stars if possible. I order Uber Eats occasionally. Every single time I order from here there are many problems. My order is incorrect, I don’t get the sauces I pay extra for, and when I do get any burger, the patties are incredibly thin and dry. I know Wendy’s can do better.

  Went through the drive thru and what looked to be the manager (she was young and petit with a ponytail and had a different type of shirt than the tshirts) did not say a single word to us and handed us our food. When we asked for our missing shake she looked very annoyed did not say anything word again and walked away. Another young lady came by and gave us our shake and was alot nicer and actually said thanks. Once we got home we realized a chili was missing and we didn't get BBQ. Not a great experience at all.

  If I could give it a zero I would worst service ever, they were extremely slow didn’t know what they were doing and everything was undercooked and bland I also got a chicken big bag and walked out with 2 burgers

  If you come to this location be aware of a female manager with dark hair named Gabriela I believe is what I was told. She’s blatantly disrespectful to customers and gives a hard time fixing incorrect orders. I don’t understand how a business can hire anyone let alone a manager that treats customers and staff rudely. Take the extra time and just go to eagle mountain I will not be returning to this location
