First off, the automated question voiced by a very-sounding white guy when you pull through the drive thru asks “Are you CHECKING IN with your MOBILE APP today?”. Nowhere in the question does it ask if you’re PICKING UP A MOBILE ORDER. And besides, I’ve been through this drive thru location multiple times with no problems. However, it had been several months since I last had Taco Bell from this location. To be mansplained via drive thru by a Taco Bell worker at this location, especially after I got off working an 11 hour shift, AND at 10pm, is absolutely unacceptable. We will not be returning to this location.
