  Every time I order online I end up waiting significantly longer than people ordering at the drive thru. They accidentally mix up my order with someone else every time as well.

  I ordered one happy meal and an extra drink. I was sent around the building to wait. I waited about 10 minutes after an employee brought out the wrong kids meal, I decided to take matters in my own hands and go inside to get my food. Inside the restaurant there were so many employees and somehow nothing was getting done? I finally identified the manger and asked for my food - it was still wrong after the manager got it for me but I was sick of being at a McDonald’s so I cut my losses and went home anyways. In total I spent 30 or so minutes waiting and nobody said sorry.

  This new “design” for the McFlurry is bs. Having to store it is a joke and the paper allowing the ice cream to easily spill is ridiculous. That’s what the spoon was for!! Now I have to stir it myself and there’s no lid. I could easily get ice cream at a grocery store and be way more satisfied. I’ll never be going to McDonald’s, ever again.

  This McDonald’s had us waiting outside for 20 minutes and they still forgot most of our order. I’m so very disappointed and I will never be coming here again and when we told the worker all they could say back to us is oh they offered no way to fix the order just oh so very disappointing. Over four cars were waiting, pulled out outside. There was no one else in the drive-through before us. Why did they take so long? Edit: Came back again thinking maybe things would be different. They were but in a terrible way! 6 cars lined up waiting (7 including mine). I hear this is because there’s a competition in Utah between the McDonald’s companies about who can get their customers out the drive thru the quickest but this is not the way!! I was waiting for over 10 minutes for three items. Three! Workers would walked around with bags in their hand and we asked if it was “two spicy McDoubles” they answered “yeah, but I don’t think it’s your food” What?! What do you mean you don’t THINK it’s our food. The problem is that you’re NOT thinking. “There may have been other people who ordered this” man shut up. WE ordered that. Terrible service two times in a row.
