    You can tell that they suck bad right off the bat. They don’t honor valid promos without trying to make you feel guilty for their mistakes. They don’t even choose to think about solutions to the issues they create, and on top of that, here’s the kicker, don’t know the difference between Blu Cheese and Ranch (from what I read, I am not the only one). CLEARLY their mistake, but their mindset is simply unable to fully own it. Some heavy breathing first, eye rolls, an ounce of acting annoyed/my life sucks petty, then they’ll fix 20% of their mistake as if you had anything to do with it. Very limited thinking. You can tell they’re sooo lazy that they can’t even curb half an attempt of a smile when you first walk in lol. So sad to look at, it’s pathetic and very contagious so obviously I’m not stepping foot in there ever again. First and last time. Those employees are making the quality of this restaurant go down embarrassingly hard. Hope the GM does something to be represented better than he currently is. Poor guy.

    Ridiculous service that blew me away! Love this location because its very quick and accurate :D definitely recommend this staple chicken restaurant over other chains.

    They keep giving me these tiny dried up nuggets to replace one of my tenders and I’m so sick of it. The nuggets have no meat in them, and are way overcooked because they are so small. This is not an acceptable substitution for a tender, if you guys have pieces that are too small to be tenders, toss them, stop offloading them onto paying customers.

    If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered from the Saratoga Springs Wingstop and spent $69 only to receive food that was inedible and service that was even worse. Despite requesting extra cook time, the wings were extremely soggy. I paid for six ranches and received blue cheese instead. On top of that, the Sprite bottle was already opened and completely flat, which raises obvious health and safety concerns. I called the store at 8:24 PM on December 20. The general manager, Ben Folte, was not in the store. The manager on duty placed me on hold, supposedly to contact the GM, then returned offering a partial $10 refund and $20 store credit — rather than fixing the issue by remaking the food or issuing a proper refund. When I asked for the manager’s name, he hung up on me. This location has consistently poor food quality and customer service. I take responsibility for continuing to give them chances, but this experience was the final straw. I simply wanted my family to be able to eat the dinner I paid for — that request was denied. Avoid this location. Go to the Lehi Wingstop instead.

    What ended up being a 5 to 10 minute wait with no one on the list became a quick 31 minute wait and I was not pleased with the fact that there was no sorry about the wait.
