  I placed an order at 1 am this thursday and i got the worst attention ever, they yell at us and forgot the sauces, please be more smart choosing the shifts and the people that talk to costumers👎

  The fries were mediocre at best, but the service was terrible. The guy was sitting there talking with his coworkers instead of fulfilling my order. It's not like he was waiting on anything he was just wasting time

  The jerk workimg in the drive through was very disrespectful yelled at me saying that I didn't ask for peach in my drink made this experience very bad definitely needs more training on customer service probably won't be returning to this location because of him

  Best experience at a Wendy's I can remember. Staff was very upbeat and friendly. Like In-N-Out or Chick-fil-A employees tend to be. Must be owned and managed by someone who actually knows what they are doing. Maybe I just got lucky at the time I was there with my sister, but we both noticed the quality was markedly better than most Wendy's. Great job!

  Ordered a chocolate frosty was given attitude for no reason at the speaker was told to pull up to the window and only then told they don’t have any chocolate and was pressured into accepting a vanilla one instead which they didn’t even fill up all the way in the cup last time this happened I was compensated by the putting one of the syrups into the frosty since they did not have the flavor I ordered I was going to ask if they could at least do that and before I could even get the words out she says “no no” and then closes the window I literally only was able to say “could you” and instantly she said “no” she didn’t even get to hear what I was about to ask this Wendy’s has already disappointed so much so many other times the same way others have too but your telling me you can’t even properly make a frosty? Or have the customer service of a 15 year old? Wendy’s always hires rude and disrespectful staff who half the time don’t even speak English next time I’ll make sure the Wendy’s has at least 3 stars before I spend my money there lmao. The specific lady who caused this was the Hispanic lady working at 9pm on Wednesday December 3rd she was an little bit older lady.
