Worst Wendy’s ever. Took 15 minutes to make a kids meal and when I complained about it they said “it’s Wendy’s what do you expect?” I expect it to actually be fast food. I went through the drive through and still had to go in to ask about my food.

I waited for five minutes in front of the register and no one took my order. I could see the staff arguing behind the counter multiple people were trying to get refunds from inside and through the drive through. Orders were getting mixed up, whenever they got questioned by customers they staff would speak among themselves in Spanish and not getting anything resolved... I just walked away.

This is the second time I've had a bad experience in the last year at this location today I went in the lady that was helping us make our order did not want to do a single thing she look frustrated that she had to help a customer she also got an order wrong and to top it all off one of my French fries had something moldy in it and unfortunately I did not catch it until I already had it in my mouth and was swallowing by the taste then I checked the the Fry's in a few more next to the ones I grabbed had something moldy on them smell like mold I probably won't ever go to this location ever again if there is an option to give it a zero star I would
