  Stop asking for tips in a drive through, pay your workers more and don’t rely on customers to if that’s what you need to do. Can’t stand when companies do this

  Bagel sandwiches are SO GOOD! Service was impeccable and she even sang to my 5 yr old daughter for her birthday and had a full conversation about k-pop demon hunters. We went back the next week and got the same great service (minus the singing of course 🤣). We will definitely be coming here often.

  Great sandwiches! Also the service was quick and friendly. They have a kid there named Zach and he is so friendly and helpful. I got a sandwich and asked for specific changes, he made sure that my specifications were taken care which was appreciated. I will be back soon. Thanks.

  I'm in the Westlake marching band and I have a friend's named Zach who works at Einstein bagels! On Thursdays he'll bring leftover bagels from the end of the work day to marching band and he'll give them to kids to eat before we start! Some kids don't get food beforehand so the bagels really help! We all enjoy the bagels and we are so grateful for Zach!

Zach’s consistent thoughtfulness has become something we all look forward to. It’s not just about the food—it’s about knowing that someone cares enough to make our days a little brighter.
