The guy that answered the phone hung up on me while I was mid-sentence asking if my daughter could place an order over the phone and pay in the store with a Mastercard gift card she was given for Christmas. He was very rude. This store will NEVER get our business again, which is sad because we love dominos pizza. From now on, we will order from the store that’s further away, because their customer service doesn’t suck.

I don’t think I have ever had a completely correct and onetime order here ever. I once received another individuals order instead of mine and mine had way more so I called the store and they said they would send the correct one… it took 45 minutes for it to get to me and guess what… it still wasn’t even correct. I called the store after receiving the second incorrect order and I told them it was wrong again but to just forget it because I was done. I then served everyone the gluten free pizzas that I received for some reason that know one knows apparently. In the end after I left my feedback they gave me one free pizza not including delivery. If you have another option order somewhere else, but if this is the only option may the odds be ever in your favor.
