The quality fluctuates dramatically, so I often get low to mid quality food at a very high price. For example, if you are the first customer on a Monday (at 11am, not 10 or 9 or 8 or 7), you might spend $32 for two burgers and one fries, where the burgers are fresh but the $6 fries were made two days prior (made obvious by the cold temperature, brown and dried out and caked with salt, as if they were the bottom of a basket from Saturday night). I am extremely glad that this time, a tip was not even a question upon checkout, because those instances are insulting and infuriating at the drive thru. A tip was not earned - let alone the $32 order with two-day old food.
