  So I say all of this as a Coloradan (where Chipotle was started), so I have very high standards. Utah in general deviates pretty far on its own from Colorado chipotles, but this one takes the cake. Look, I, a paying customer who is used to getting a big burrito (as that is part of their claim to fame..) should not stand in front of you and have to say “more”. Never, not once. And IF I have to say it, then the employee behind the counter should not give me a dirty look and spoon a pinch more of food onto the tortilla, thus requiring me to have to say “more” about three more times per ingredient. Once I get done with the snotty employees and make my way to the table, you know what I shouldn’t have? I shouldn’t have a cold burrito. Why is the food never hot anymore? Temperature of the food plays a big part in what the eating experience is going to be like. I didn’t pay a weighty price for the food to be cold like a salad. And then the chicken. You do know that most people trim off the gross parts of chicken, right? And not cook those up, in a poor attempt to flavor the chicken. The flavor just isn’t there anymore. I don’t know if the manager/store owner hates chipotle or being a responsible for a restaurant.. but it’s definitely showing up in the food and the poor employees that have been hired. Money is tight, and bottom line is, I’m not spending my money on “here, damn” food.

  Honestly have ZERO idea what Gabe P with the green profile is on about. This is a great store. He was in front of me in line, what a jerk. What really happened was, the girl did NOT refuse. He’s lying. She willingly put it into the burrito after she asked him, but he just chose to throw a fit!! People are so insufferable. Highly recommend.

  Horrible Experience!! They do not want to see anybody come into the restaurant and they definitely do not treat customers with respect. We all know they hate working every time we walk into the store but I put up with it because I like the food. They make customers wait while they just talk. Horrible attitude and laziness all around. I always put up with their laziness. however, the girl making my burrito gave me attitude because I forgot to tell her I wanted sauce on the burrito. She refused to put it inside even though I asked her to. She just said, I wrapped it so I will just put it on the side. When I insisted, she corrected me and said I should have told her before she wrapped it. Was she expecting me to say sorry to her? Who does she think she is? Correcting clients and telling them how to order... then she denied what she said when I called her out on it. The manager was no help at all. A total lack of care. You guys are horrible!!

  This place is such a mess to the point that it grosses me out. There is food everywhere, smeared food on the service counter, when they are placing the food on the plates they dump it and it all goes everywhere and they leave it there. Tables are all dirty, want a clean are? Do it yourself. There was a puddle of something on the floor that was never cleaned while we were there along with smashed chips. I honestly don’t see how it can even pass a health inspection. Not to mention the food was cold and service is non existent. It’s like you are talking to a wall.

  I have issues every time I order here. Some poor lady is handling all of the mobile orders while the coworkers are standing around doing nothing. It’s completely dead in here during the lunch hour, that should tell you something. They marked my order as ready 10 min ago in the app but it’s not ready yet. I’m really not sure why I keep coming here.
