  Although one of the best bagel restaurant chains in Utah their bagels are smaller and less tasty than any bagel shop in the North East. This store was full and noisy but the cashier kept speaking so softly I had to ask her to repeat almost everything she said or guessed at the answers. Since there no other options in that area I'll either be going back or finding a specialty bakery that can do bagels better.

  My husband and I stopped by this location while we were visiting some family in Utah last week. Right away we noticed the store seemed very clean and friendly. They took our order and continued to clean and mop as we waited for our food. We had arrived just an hour before they closed but service was still quick and welcoming to everyone who popped in. When our order was ready (after just a few minutes) the staff apologized for the wait and proceeded to gift us two coupons for a free bagel with schmear! This was above and beyond as my husband and I felt the wait time was totally appropriate considering our orders. Staff was so wonderful and our bagels were delicious! We will definitely be back soon!

  Seriously the most incompetent people work here. How they have anything above a 4 star rating is mind blowing. This is the second time they have completely screwed up my order. Not only that, but the item I’m allergic to keeps getting put on my sandwich no matter how may damn times I confirm that you still not on there. I ordered a no tomato sandwich at the drive though, then confirmed at the window that it did not have tomato’s. When I got home, it had tomato’s on it for a second time. On top of that, my avocado was rock hard. Gross. When you call the location to get a refund, they just make up some sorry excuses. They are literally run by incompetent adults who never matured. It’s sad that you have 10+ employees on site, yet one of you can’t be competent? Stay far far away from this place. I will make sure they continue to get the reviews they deserve. These people are grimy and just want money.

  I had an amazing experience at Einstein Bros. Bagels! The food was fresh, delicious, and exactly what I was craving—perfectly toasted bagels with great flavor and quality ingredients. The atmosphere was welcoming and clean, making it a great spot to start the day. What really stood out, though, was the customer service. David went above and beyond to make my visit enjoyable. He was friendly, attentive, and clearly takes pride in his work. It’s rare to see someone so genuinely dedicated to making customers feel valued, and it made a big difference in my experience. I also want to specifically mention how impressed I was with the cleanliness of the restroom. It was spotless, well-stocked, and clearly maintained with care. David’s attention to detail really shows here—he does an outstanding job keeping everything clean and comfortable, which definitely doesn’t go unnoticed. On top of all that, David carries himself with a very polished and professional presence. He’s genuinely good-looking and well put-together, which adds to the positive, welcoming vibe of the whole place. It’s clear he takes pride not just in his work, but in how he presents himself as well. If anyone has baddies lining up around the block, it's gotta be David! Thanks to David and the fantastic team, I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this location to anyone looking for great food and even better service!

  I don’t usually go out of my way to write reviews, but David at Einstein Bagels absolutely deserves one. From the moment I walked in, he set the tone for what turned out to be one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. David was incredibly friendly, welcoming everyone with a genuine smile and positive energy that didn’t feel forced. Even during a busy rush, he stayed calm, efficient, and attentive. He took the time to make sure my order was exactly right, offered helpful suggestions, and made me feel like more than just another customer in line. What really stood out was how he treated everyone around me too—same level of kindness, patience, and professionalism. You can tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about people having a good experience. It’s rare to see someone bring that level of consistency and warmth to a fast-paced environment.
