- KGKeaton G2 days ago1.0order incorrect and staff making bad comments about me waiting in the drive thru. brought it up to the manager and got a partial refund. honestly just kind of insulting manager didn't even refund the part of the order that they got wrong. had to pay to make my order the same size of the original one and replace the item that they never gave me.

When you ask them to change from regular lemonade to this one, and then the kid at the drive thru window says don't worry... The hibiscus is at the bottom of the yellow lemonade cup. 😜 Don't be fooled!

Shame on Chick Fil A to try to pressure customers to put their credit info into yet another unnecessary app- AND so they can fire all the needed employees who normally would be working taking orders. Chick Fil A- bad move!
