  Some one fixed my last issue with location so I thought I would give them another chance. NEVER AGAIN! When processing my card their machine said approved. The charge was taken out of my account. Then the useless shift manager said it didn't go thru. I say useless because he was. Stood there mumbling something I could barely understand about the is no way he could look into it. No one he could ask. He's shift manager there is someone above him for sure. The is no way I will pay double for already high priced food. I called my bank and they said the charge did infact go through. I disputed it right then. Absolutely worthless management. I would rate 0 stars if I could.

  I was very well served from a customer service standpoint tonight. I also appreciate the transparency of being able to see most of the kitchen operations from the dining room. The only comment I have is that the bread on the reuben might have been a little better toasted. Overall a great sandwich and great customer service.

  I thoroughly enjoyed my meal today. I was served the #8 combo. My chicken was hot, fresh, and juicy. The bacon was cooked to perfection, not chewy or burned, just the right amount of crisp. I chose the crinkle fries but the came with a few curly fries at the bottom…BONUS! The staff is always friendly and helpful at this location and the mountain view’s never get old.

  Charlie was, yet again, exceptional. Their customer service, attention to detail, and awareness of both the situation and the people around them truly stand out. You can tell they genuinely care about keeping the store running smoothly and making sure every customer has the best experience possible.
