  I have eaten at this location quite a few times! I have always had such a great experience all around. My two favorite sandwiches are the Nova Lox and the Farmhouse.

  Always amazing I have never had something that wasn't delicious and swiftly made. The staff is always attentive and helpful, but they are a little bit smaller shop and don't offer everything the big shops do but what they have is amazing. 10 stars would recommend to anyone that likes bagels or bagel sandwiches!!

  I don't plan on returning to this location again. Placed an order through DoorDash this morning and went to pick it up. We were then berated by an extremely unpleasant old woman for not coming into the building to pick it up. If I had seen anywhere that was required I would have come in, however she was extremely rude and condescending. To top it off, my order wasn't even correct after that, I didn't receive the bagel I paid extra for and they forgot my twice baked hash brown. Not usually one to post negative reviews but felt our experience warranted it.

  The lady at the window must have been hired for her lack of personality and customer service skills. Because she had neither. My Bengal was good as expected. But 1 star for hiring someone so rude. Came through Sunday Nov 9th at 8:30 am. And they got a simple order wrong. Ordered one ham and cheese and one plain begal. The only way that could be screwed up is. Cuz the lady at the window didn’t pay any attention and was so rude I read through the reviews there is multiple complaints about your workers. Clearly the problem isn’t getting fixed And the best part is I applied for the manager position and wouldn’t have allowed that kind of working in my store.
