  On my way from Provo to go south to meet family and decided to stop. Went through the drive through and sat there for 20 minutes only getting 2 burger meals, a salad and a kids meal. They forgot my fries for the 2 burger meals so I ran in to see if they had them sitting around. As they went to hurry and get them made the grump lady was in the back calling me a lair… as the gentleman that helped me in the drive through said I did forget his fries, she insisted she put them in the bag and continued to call me a liar. Worst customer service I have ever had. I’d stay away from this DQ.

  This is one slow location waited almost a half hour for our lunch while on lunch break for work do yourselves a favor go elsewhere

  I know that dairy Queen has been struggling with getting good help for a long time, but today I experienced a new low Arrived during the lunch hour, the drive through was empty, I drove up to the pole and said hello and I got a response that said to drive to the window with your app ready I mentioned that I didn't have the app, and sat there talking for the next minute or so on and off, trying to see if I could elicit a response Since the initial response had sounded computerized, I just drove up to the window to see if I could find a person I was waving at staff inside the window. They all pretended not to notice me until a person with a headset slightly came into view and I called out to them and they had said while talking to the pole that I had been trying to talk to them while they were helping another customer For a full minute of trying to get a response from a pole I would hope I could get a "please hold on" or something similar I go here when my wife wants something from there, I don't like this place myself but I've never had such bad service The lady then did not offer to take my order there but told me I'd have to drive around again and do the whole thing over, which didn't sound appealing.
