  We came in for dinner, and were seated very quickly. Jewel was our waitress and was very quick to get us drinks and take our orders. We got our appetizers quickly but then it went down from there. We couldn’t get any refills on drinks and when we received our steaks, they were horribly overcooked. We explained to Jewel, and she took one of the steaks back. She said she heard the other ordered as medium well, but that still didn’t explain why it was charred beyond well done. She offered to get the manager. We waited. And waited. And waited. We got the new steak, but it was still overdone with almost no pink. This was originally ordered as RARE. We ate what we could, when we discovered that the broccoli as the sides were old and brown and rotten inside. Our waitress said “oh that’s disappointing”, but did not try to make it right. She said she was trying to find the manager, but after an hour we still did not see any manager. He was probably hiding out so he didn’t have to deal with us. She was able to comp one of the steaks, but did not make anything else right. We never got refills and had hockey pucks for steaks. We definitely won’t ever be back.

  I've always heard about Outback Steakhouse so maybe my expectations were set too high. Ultimately, this location at least seemed run down and poorly run. The servers were nice, but not outstanding and my medium well filet came back rare in the middle.

  Took the wife in there today and was waited on by Ted. From start to finish my experience was absolutely amazing. I never felt rushed and felt extremely taken care of. Ted made the experience fun as well as brought food and drink's without really being asked for it. Would highly recommend this place and a special shout out to all staff for making the experience very relaxing and fun.

  We’ve been coming to this Outback location for many years. Over time the food quality has been a little hit or miss, but the service has always been great. Tonight, though, every single part of our meal was spot on. It’s probably been about two years since our last visit, so I can’t say exactly what changed, but the quality of the food was excellent. Our steak and chicken were cooked perfectly and the flavor was exceptional. Everything tasted fresh and well prepared. Even the kids meals were fantastic. Our kids ordered chicken strips and mac & cheese, and those were surprisingly great as well. I’m not sure what’s different, but everything about this meal felt fresh, well-made, and cooked just right. Definitely the best experiences we’ve had here. Also Zahira, our server, was amazing. Would definitely suggest requesting her! (also, didn’t think to get a picture of the meal until the food was all gone. Sorry about that!)

  We waited an hour and a half for our food, it finaycame out and it was cold so we sent it back they “warmed” it and brought it out again and again it was cold also one of our steaks was not cooked well it was very red inside so then we had to send that back our lobster tails were cold. I waited a half an hour for my drink that wasn’t even made right. We never got offered a comp or anything our bill was still over $200. VERY DISAPPOINTED especially since we come her all the time, but we will not be back.
