    Stopped by for original glazed donuts—what Krispy Kreme is known for—and they were completely out with a 1-hour wait. That’s a miss on its own, but the bigger issue was the customer service. I asked if they could substitute another donut (maple) at the same price given the situation, and they flat-out said no with zero effort to help. If you’re out of your main product, the least you can do is try to make it right. Really disappointing experience and not what you expect from a brand like this.

    Go to literally any other Krispy Kreme. I know the next nearest one is like 20 minutes away, but trust me it's not worth it. Went to check to see if they had the specialty donuts for the Artemis moon launch. Didn't have any, but it was 7pm so that's understandable. Asked for 2 other ones instead + 2 glazed. But, instead of giving us the glazed ones on display (he had already put the other 2 in the box from the display), the older gentleman with glasses took the box went to the back and got the smallest glazed donuts I've ever seen, only half glazed too (pictured). I thought maybe he went to get some warm ones from the back, but they were cold as a rock. I guess he just went out of his way to be a bad employee and give us reject donuts instead of just doing the bare minimum. We won't be returning to this location and you shouldn't either.

    The drive through AI machine is ridiculous. I tried to use it to order a lemon filled donut and it informed me they did not have them and then had 2 suggested other options. The other options? Lemon filled donuts. It is so weird to interact with. I just drove away instead. But also, what’s with never having lemon filled? Sad.

    I pull up and the hot donut sign is ON. I get greeted by an AI speaker box and when I ask about the hot donut light. I can literally watch as the light is being turned off and the AI speaker box says the light is off and there is no hot donuts. Ive never been here before in my life. Super deceptive to keep the light on and turn it off as someone is asking about it. Ill never return.

    I went today as it is supposed to be a second dozen of original glazed for .13. The automated bot that takes orders stated there was only a special of a second dozen for 9.99. I ordered a mixed dozen and the bot asked if I wanted to add the second dozen for 9.99 I declined. Then the bot asked if I wanted to choose or just any for my mixed. I said ine apple fritter the rest doesnt matter. I get to the window and the cashier asks if my order is a mixed dozen I say yes and hand her my card. I asked her if they have the special of .13 she said yes but you have to tell me that before you pay. I said i asked when I ordered and the machine said no. She said well you have to ask me before when I said your order. How would I possibly know this? I said can you answer the speaker instead of a bot then, she said no they cant. Its absurd that I should be expected to know that i need to ask about a special. Its a special it should be made available. As a customer its very frustrating ordering thru a bot and then having someone be rude in response to a bad response from the bot. To top it off there was no apple fritter in my box. Terrible customer service!!! The bot is useless and honestly they need to go back to an actual human taking orders.
