Love 5 guys mainly for the fries, but I also enjoy the burgers from time to time. Last time I went I just got fries and fry sauce. The fries are crispy and still soft and delicious on the inside. We ate the fries outside and had some leftover to take home. Before leaving though I went back inside to get some more fry sauce before and the worker was so nice and even offered some free fries. The service was great all around. Good food, and great people

Stopped here to get a bite to eat at 10:05am and the door was still locked, was told by guy that unlocked that they were still getting ready to open due to a late night the previous day. Walked inside and the lights were all still off, tables were dirty, and no one behind the counter to take our order. They were no where near ready to make me a burger which is sad because I love 5 Guys. We left unsatisfied. Maybe next time!

Seems they have decided to drop the illusion of being a decent value and screw over their customer base by cutting the fry portions in half. And then to go online and see their corporate make a statement that the portions are the same size despite the change of packaging is just embarrassing. Anyone with the brain power above that of a spore mold can see they are lying. So now they expect us to pay 7 dollars for an order of fries that is no bigger than at McDonald's. Fortunately their corporate "leaders" will eventually see that cutting costs at the expense of the customer experience is a huge step toward bankruptcy, but by then the tens of thousands of customers they will lose permanently will likely end the business. No loss for us after showing us what they really think of their customer base.

I can't complain about these burgers 4.7/5 ... simple...yet monstrous... the weight alone separates them from the competition... we all know they are expensive ... but it's worth the treat... especially when considering the alternatives which are not as robust... the fries are fresh and the portion is huge... the workers are super friendly and are happy you are there to eat... love that... check out the burgers and cross sectionals... wish they had more bacon ...but isn't that every guys want?
