  Stood In line for like 5 minutes staring at the employees and they didn’t do anything. Finally they came up to take my order. Got my food after watching them talk, laugh and play around for 20 minutes… got my food, missing the ranch dipping sauce and the buns were hard. Worst Wendy’s experience I’v ever had.

  I stood in line for 5 minutes and no one took my order. I saw the employees look at me. They knew I was there but they ignored me and only helped the drive through. Very frustrating and rude.

  Warning: Don't trust the posted hours! They start refusing customers before then and have a rotten attitude about it 🙄

  Usually, Wendy’s are pretty solid, this one is the exception. Service is usually horrible at this location. I spent well over seven minutes in the drive-through lane today. The car in front of me left due to The drive-through person saying they’ll be with him in a moment. I ended up doing the same after three minutes of waiting when it was my turn

  Avoid at all costs. I placed a carryout order on the app because I was pulling a trailer. It was at about 9:26. I arrived to the door at 9:35 and the doors were locked. I checked to see if my order was cancelled. It was not. I walked over to the other door, it was also locked. However I could see my order on the counter. I waited outside knocking and calling the restaurant for 5-10 minutes. Even had an employee make eye contact with me twice. They had plenty of staff, 4 or 5 people in there. To lock the door 20 minutes before posted closing time, and to have a carry out order sitting on the counter AND to see me waiting for it outside is asinine. No wonder the reviews of this place are so bad. On top of all that the food sucked. Don't eat here. Let Wendy's close this place.
