- ACAni Carignan1 day ago1.0We came for two baconators, one without cheese. We received one baconator and one cheeseburger. I kindly asked the worker if we could replace the cheeseburger with our bacanator and he said yes. The worker comes back to the window and we can hear the manager screaming in the background. The manager did not believe us because “she made it herself” and demanded we give her the wrong food back. After 15 minutes of waiting at the window and listening to the manager scream and yell at workers and to herself, we got poorly made and gross looking items that you could barely consider burgers. The manager needs to learn how to properly accept feedback. When we tried to call to get the nanagers name they hung up the phone then wouldn’t pick up again. The manager acted so unprofessional and we are afraid to even touch the burgers. Wendys do better

I pulled up to the window and the worker told me she “didn’t have anything available” so frustrating and absolutely ridiculous that she turned us away when they were still open for another hour? she was so rude and so unbelievably unprofessional. do not waste your time at this location.

We got burgers with no bacon and stuff that doesn't even go on a JBC. They added ketchup and mustard and pickles. So much for "plain". Didn't realize till back on the highway and cant turn around to get them fixed. Train your staff better, as is they're completely incompetent.

What I'm not happy about, is one of the items I ordered was wrong, I asked for a baconator (y'know, basically a 10 buck burger) what I got was a jr. Cheese burger with maybe a half strip of bacon (2 bucks). After looking at reviews, I don't really feel like going back to try and correct this mistake because we weren't given a receipt. Just from a couple reviews it seems I'm not the only one this has happened to, and it seems that others have had to pay twice!
