Wendy's used to be my jam and with this one being so close to my house, it was super nice. But as of lately, this place is trash. The last 4 times we've come here, we've spent over 20 minutes waiting in the drive thru for our food. I'm currently still waiting off to the side for my food now we've been here 16 min so far. When I got to the window to get my mobile order, they apparently didn't check it in when I told them at the intercom. And the fact they changed all their sauces is absolutely the worst thing they've ever done. How can you get rid of sweet and sour? No one wants that nasty thick sweet chili. And after one sauce, it's an extra FIFTY CENTS for additionals?! Booooo. Oh and their fries are legit never fresh. You would think that making people wait so long, they would say least bring out fresh food. And to top it off, they forgot a 6 piece nugget, a 4 piece nugget, all of our sauces and our drinks.

Im not sure what her name is but everyone calls her princess food was amazing fries where hot and fresh princess was so sweet and kind she definitely need to get a raise!!!she runs that hole place it’s amazing and I can tell she works very hard

Why would you shut down your lobby on New Year’s Eve? When delivery food drivers need to walk in and pick up the delivery order rather than wait with all the customers through the drive-through?

They charge 50 cents per condiment! Thought this was funny, and it reminded me why I go to Chic-Fil-A for my chicken sandwiches. Nickel and dime on top of a nearly $7 sandwich. Nah.

Now, normally I don't do this but I have to vent a bit.
While the food is always always fresh and delicious and the staff at this particular Wendy's are absolutely sweet and kind, my most recent visit to this Wendy's was bad due to low amount of fries (I ordered a large) and my frosty for me and my sister weren't even properly filled.. I'm very upset about this and will probably be going to another Wendy's for a while.
Again, the staff there are great and wonderful and service is amazing, but this was a bit outrageous
