I have to give these guys a review! I live in Sandy. The other side of Sandy. There are 2 other Wendy's ok my way to this one and I still drive all the way across the town just for this location. They always have my baked potato! And my order is always right.

Ive never left a review before, but this manager, Princess, was by far a good reason to leave a negative one. Ive never before come across such a blatantly rude service worker, let alone manager. She had been pacing around and sending voice messages or being on a phone call, insulting her own employees. I dont feel like this is appropriate to hear as a customer, nor do i think its appropriate behavior for a manager, at her workplace. What kind of manager would openly use derogatory curse words to describe their coworkers infront of customers. I dont believe Princess is creating a safe work environment, and I wouldn't be surprised if her subordinates feel that way too.

Paid for a large fry and drink, they gave us medium. Asked for vanilla coke zero, didnt get the vanilla. Didn't give sauce. Guy at window had a bad attitude.

Staff likes to stare at you at the counter while their busy helping drive through. Not a mention of be right with you. 5 min not a peep.

Agree with another reviewer who says the place has gone downhill. Tonight I waited at the drive-thru, ordered, paid with a card, got my drinks. Then instead of my food a young girl who said she was the manager asked me for cash. Said the card reader broke. No apology, just said I had to have cash. No sign, no warning. Wouldn’t take my only “car cash”, which was $2 short. Told me to go to Smith’s to get cash and then come back. Didn’t attempt to make it right in any way. So after that waste of time I left without food.
There have been other problems lately but this was the worst.
I’m not going back.
