This is my second time in tropical cafe but still been leaving with a smile and satisfaction. Today 2 girls were working Sarah and Kylee. Both were very helpful, patient and positive energy. And why are you prioritizing people who showed up right before my order time when you haven't made my order yet? I literally sat in the parking lot for over 15 min and nobody came through in that time. What were you doing? If I ever decide to come back, I'll be waiting inside for the 15 min where you can see me. Didn't get my food until 14 min past my pickup time.
