They never get orders correct whether you go to the drive thru, delivery or inside. There is a lack of care of communication.

every order is a different level of frustration. Just when I think they can’t get it wrong they surprise me. I used to order tacos but those were wrong too consistently so now I get a burrito light beans, grilled. It’s never grilled, and I swear there’s malice behind the beans, I get twice the amount as when don’t ask for light beans. Maybe I’m crazy idk.

Very disappointing. My husband and I each ordered a Luxe box combo that was SUPPOSED to include 1 beefy 5 layer burrito, 1 beef chalupa, 1 crunchy taco and cinnamon twists with a large drink. When we received our food, he handed us regular cups. When we said we paid for large, he said “well the truck didn’t come today.” Ok… but we paid for large? “Well I can give you two, or you can just fill this one up more than once…” If I wanted to do that, I wouldn’t have paid for the large! I know it’s only $.10, but it’s the principle of it. Then, there were Dorito tacos instead of the chalupas in both our boxes. I assumed we were accidentally given the wrong order. No prob. It happens. At the counter, the MANAGER said, “oh yeah, we’re out of chalupas right now, we’re subbing it with Doritos tacos.” There is a big price difference between a Dorito taco and a chalupa! I was so taken back by her nonchalant attitude, and I didn’t want to make a scene, I just said forget it and walked away. My husband and I have worked in the restaurant industry for 15+ years and understand that things happen. Sometimes things are out of your control. We get it. But the staff’s responses to these issues were very poor. If you are out of product and your guests pay for it, that is your responsibility to make it right. You need to offer your customers a better option to compensate for the inconvenience, not a cheaper one. There was no information anywhere showing they were out of product (they put up signs AFTER) and nothing said to us by the staff when we picked up our orders. Never once said, “sorry.” All the workers were just like “oh well!” We will not be back to this location.

Please no sour cream when someone asks. Some people don’t like it, listen to them lol Sometimes ruins the whole meal of which isn’t the cheapest.

Waited 40 mins for food. Tortillas were way crispy. Boxes were labeled wrong. Chalupas were basically empty. I am a fan of Taco Bell, but this location let me down.
