A couple of days ago I went to get lunch and the guy who was working there was not patient or kind. He had dark hair and some tattoos, I don’t remember his name. He might have been frustrated during his day but it is not an excuse to be rude with customers.

I walked in at 11:15 pm on December 10 to get a sandwich. I am a very frequent customer. My experience usually is very pleasant. This time was different. First I asked for avocado. The subway artist squeezed the tube along the sandwich with out spreading and asked if I wanted lettuce. I asked him to spread the avocado (I don’t think I should have to). I then asked for extra extra lettuce since I get a veggie sub no meat no cheese. I get extra lettuce to add texture to the sandwich. He gave me pittance. I asked for more and he proceeded to give me attitude to which I responded “I don’t appreciate the attitude. I asked for extra lettuce”. He rushed me through my order even though there wasn’t one person in the store. I had a similar experience with this associate before. I am really disappointed.
