  Had to wait for bit in line, but once the customer in front of me finished, they got to me. Meatball Monday hit the spot and pocketbook. Good deal for the day. I enjoyed it heated up and wasn't dry at all. I've had them before and sometimes they go light on the sauce. And when cooked, it dries it out. Not this time. Cashier didn't speak much English, but got my sandwich correct. I'm happy with it. Tastes good.

  I like this location, it's always been so clean. But today.... my sandwich was terrible. Out of provolone cheese, out of green peppers, hardly any onions (I asked for extra) & it was barely toasted. Employee was rude & acted like I was imposing on him.

  I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience was bad enough that it needs to be said. I asked for sauce on my sandwich—something Subway is literally known for—and was met with unnecessary aggression and hostility from the employee. There was no reason for the attitude, no reason for the raised voice, and absolutely no excuse for making a customer feel uncomfortable over a basic request. I felt genuinely unsafe, as I was the only customer in the store—a woman alone with an aggressive male employee. The situation was intimidating and completely unacceptable. Customer service here is clearly nonexistent. If you enjoy being treated like an inconvenience for ordering food, this is the place for you. Otherwise, save yourself the stress and go somewhere else.

  The sandwich Here is about the standard subway sandwich, which is pretty good. However. I ordered a pack of cookies and when they were given to me I noticed they were rock hard and cold. Tasting now, they're a little stale. I had politely asked if there was anyway they could make or give me fresh cookies, and they told me they were fresh. I insisted they weren't, fresh cookies are warm and soft, and they doubled down and told me they were fresh. Complete lie. I would have been fine if they simply told me they couldn't give me fresh ones, but to lie and say these cold hard and stale cookies were fresh was embarassing.
