    This is the most rundown burger joint I’ve ever seen. It makes McDonald’s look like a Michelin star rated joint. Avoid like the plague.

    I went through the drive through at around 1:30 pm and the employee with the microphone was terribly rude and had a Ton of attitude with me. She also didnt tell me my order total or to pull up into the window she practically ignored me. I had sat for a few minutes before I decided to pull up to the window to pay for my order and she still had an attitude with me. I also got home to try the food and it was Not very good 4/10 on the food 1/10 on the service

    Very friendly staff however the language barrier makes it difficult to get your order correct. I have been back twice and both times my order was incorrect and ended up paying more for add ons that I didn’t order. The food was still amazing and they are at least trying to learn and arr willing to work. When I called their corporate number to inquire about a refund for being overcharged, they didn’t seem eager to help me or even offer me something in return for my troubles. Not even a coupon and sonic never has coupons other then their happy hour which I am never available between the bourse of 2-4.

    Ordered for pickup at 830, but when I arrived there was no one working. No staff on site at all, despite it saying that it was open when I ordered.

    Zero stars. No service at the drive-through speaker, pulled up to the window and the girl finally came over with a headset on but didn’t speak English. I asked a question about the food and she just kept repeating herself saying the numbers 9 and 10. When I asked if there was someone else who spoke English she didn’t even understand that and said no. I just left.
