The food was disgusting cold when we got it. It went the sauce was watery the waitress. I don't know what was wrong with her, but she was very upset at something that she didn't even wanna be there. I do not recommend this place to anyone To each their own, maybe during the day, it's different. But at night when we went , it was about seven o'clock it was really not good

Horrible place to eat at! My soon to be husband and I decided to go there tonight to celebrate Valentine’s Day. We called the day before to reserve a reservation, the lady on the phone did not say that they don’t do reservations, so when we arrived for our reservation they said that there was still a 30 minute wait. That was the first red flag! They also didn’t have our name down correctly either. When we ordered our food it took about 45 to an hour to actually get our food, my steak was very rare when I ordered it medium well and I ordered a filet (tenderloin) and what I tasted was NOT a tenderloin. It was the most disgusting flavor of meat. I thought it was just because it was raw, so the server had them cook it longer and then it came out overcooked and burnt and crispy with the same disgusting flavor, so at this point I was done and we asked to speak to a manager and tell her about our experience, and she took off my fiancés meal because it was more expensive than mine, but he still had to pay for mine, even though it was disgusting! I have never been this disappointed at a restaurant before. I felt like the server didn’t really care about our experience, and I felt like the manager also didn’t really care. I feel like we should have gotten a discount on what he “had” to pay for. I am so upset! My Valentine’s Day was completely ruined. Do not go to Outback Steakhouse! Choose somewhere else to go.

It's Valentines day, we had reservations for 7:30, got here and were told we had to be on a wait list even with a "reservation" which the manager at end said they dont do. My soon to be wife's meal was under cooked and cold. We waited for over an hour for our food and then it comes back over cooked and tasted gross. Never coming back!!!

I stopped in last month during my first ski-trip to Utah. On Sunday, January 11th, I stopped in alone to have some dinner. The location was lively, friendly, and welcoming. My server, Eduardo, deserved top marks. I serve at a resort restaurant back in Florida, so I can tell you his service was something to be commended. He was lightning fast to attend each of his tables, made sure everyone was enjoying each of their meals, and extended pleasant appreciations, as well as farewells when his guests would depart. My Caesar salad, 9oz Sirloin, Blooming Petals, and Mac and Cheese were absolutely delicious and much needed after a long day of riding. At the end, even the host was kind enough to fetch me some takeout silverware, so that I could enjoy my leftovers back at the hotel the next day. That experience was such a warm point of my cold winter vacation that I hope the fact that I'm writing this review a month later serves as a testament to its lasting impression! Well done staff, and thank you again, Eduardo!

*Editing after their response* (Their response is so telling. Obviously on auto respond. This tells me so much about this particular location. They are on auto ignoring the problems.) It's been a very long time since I've eaten at an Outback. It use to be one of my favorite restaurants. I was surprised at how spicy hot my favorite bloomin onion was. Then the pasta was spicy as well. I had the chicken and shrimp. Spicy but tolerable. My husband's bone in ribeye was cooked perfectly and tasty. The entire place needed a facelift. Even the ipad on the front desk was so shattered but still being used. I asked the greeter why they didn't buy him a new one. He said it had been that way years. By far the best part of dinner was our darling waiter. He was witty and played with us perfectly never crossed a boundary and was very attentive. Overall, outside of the service, I was disappointed in the experience. I left feeling that maybe Outback was either franchised by someone who didn't care or the entire brand was tired.
