- JWJustis WaltonJan 3, 20261.0Experience was awesome with my server but when the food arrived to the table (Ted) sets the food down and proceeds to ask “do we need anything?” Which I replied “yes, may I get some silverware because my server has forgotten to give me any. He then tells me “That’s not my job..” and walks away. Apparently Ted the Expo doesn’t believe in team work or communication skills with his workers or customers. Honestly made me not want to return, and will do just that. Take my service somewhere where it is appreciated.

The bread was the best part of the meal and that says a lot. Service was okay at best, while trying to figure out how to enjoy the way overseasoned blooming onion I ran out of water and didn't get any until the food arrived and I was halfway through the meal. Even when we were checked up on by the waiter. Overall, don't think I'll be going back to outback unless I get stuck with a giftcard again. There are significantly better places to spend money that value the service they provide; and give a significantly better dining experience.

Thirty four dollars for a steak and fries, and I just receive a cold slab of meat on a takeout plate. Yay, my mother and I went to bed after the garden salad. Presentation is half the battle and if that is so. You guys really lost that war. It has to almost take attempt to make steak look that unappealing . I haven't had a worst steak in Utah. You win!
